I have been fortunate to have accompanied many people committed to the realization of their project for a better world. I have observed that once they have identified their long-term contribution vision, they feel energized and quickly put a strategy in place to deploy it step by step.
Time passes. These men and women, entrepreneurs, CEOs, leaders have overcome the obstacles they inevitably encountered on this road. They give themselves without counting the cost in the progress of their project. They put all their energy, heart and soul into it. But at the same time they continue to live with the weight of everyday life: children, friends, finances, the couple, vacations…
And then one day they wake up and wonder if they made the right choice, if it was all worth it. They doubt their ability to go all the way, to find the right partners, to negotiate the right turns. They lose energy and desire. They feel drawn to the sirens of a simpler profession or are simply looking to add variety back into their lives. They disperse and/or procrastinate. And they get exhausted from not moving fast enough.
All of these sensations are signals that invite to step back and observe the new unconscious patterns appearing getting in the way. And that’s why I created the Light In – Light Out program.
