You are a visionary and successful man or woman. You seek to make a positive contribution in this world but still feel “limited” in your leadership. You love to interact with people who share the values of caring, generosity, self-development, efficiency and contribution.
The Wise Lead program is for you. I welcome leaders who, like you, want to gain confidence and positive impact in their leadership.
In 7 interactive workshops, I help you understand the basics of Conscious Leadership. You integrate that leadership is first and foremost a matter of inner energy and alignment with yourself.
At the end you feel more confident, assume your unique leadership style and gain influence in your professional and personal environment. You learn to create the conditions for a better balance between your professional and personal life.
This program is entirely digital. However, I offer it from time to time as an intensive course over several days.
THE WISE EXPANSION
You are a CEO, entrepreneur, leader in a period of major transition. You have the desire to contribute more positively in this world. You want to clarify your long term project and deploy a medium and short term strategy to create it.
You feel stimulated by the energy of small groups. You are ready to reveal yourself to people you don’t know but who share the same values of commitment to this world and benevolence as you.
In 3 days in an inspiring environment in Paris, I help you change of paradigm and propel you into a world where anything is possible. Participants in The Wise Expansion describe a before-and-after experience that changed their view of themselves and their potential to contribute to this world.
They come out of it “boosted” and immediately set up actions in this direction. I keep these people connected and engaged beyond the course with 4 monthly digital meetings that I facilitate. And we close with a joyful celebration dinner in Paris.
LIGHT IN – LIGHT OUT
You are a man or woman on a mission to make this world a better place. You have a pretty clear idea of your Vision of Contribution on the long-term. And you have already successfully implemented a short and/or medium term strategy in the direction of your ambitions.

During 5 days I coach you and a small group of people like you outside your usual environment. And I guide you through your next level of expansion while offering you some time to regenerate.
