YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED AND STILL FEEL LIKE AN IMPOSTOR?

  • which forces you to adopt a posture that distances you from your identity and makes you lose confidence, energy, flexibility, and vision. You are imprisoned.

YOUR TALENTS HIDE CHALLENGES

  • You excel in the art of identifying business risks.

    You are aware of the impact of a possible failure on your business, your teams, your family. You seek to secure the future by spending a lot of time projecting possible future scenarios. But by trying so hard to control tomorrow, you risk losing agility in the present and missing out on off-field solutions.

  • You are "wired" performance.

    And that winning mindset has allowed you to build a great career. You analyze every situation as an opportunity to do better. But this race for excellence generates stress that you find difficult to recognize. Moreover, when the result is not as fast as desired, you judge yourself severely, which involuntarily puts pressure on others.

  • You value the work of your teams.

    And don’t hesitate to put them forward when you are successful. Yet you may feel uncomfortable when your personal contribution is honored. It’s like stealing the spotlight from those who really deserve it. By not acknowledging your impact, you are slowly eroding your confidence. And when it comes time to take the next step in expansion, you may become hesitant.

  • You are a visionary.

    And bring with great ease hyper-innovative solutions to the problems you encounter. You expect your teams to operate them efficiently. And you sometimes find it hard to understand their resistance or slow implementation, which creates tension. You do it yourself to guarantee the result and reach the objectives on time. And you end up losing the strategic perspective.

  • You love the challenge.

    And you work very hard. You live with your job seven days a week. Disconnecting somewhere means wasting time, and time is money… But refusing to stop means depriving yourself of precious moments of connection with yourself. These moments nourish creativity in the service of your business. And it is in this silence that new ideas emerge that are useful for your expansion.

  • You prefer authenticity.

    You easily capture what your teams, partners, associates are experiencing even if they don’t put words to it. You actively listen to them, which allows you to offer them sound advice. But you are sometimes disturbed by the gap between what you are told and what you feel. You prefer to be spoken to honestly. And when this is not the case, relationships can be affected.

  • You are attentive to the well-being of all.

    You are committed to creating balanced working conditions for your teams and colleagues. You go out of your way for them (and for your loved ones) to make them feel good. But it is often very difficult for you to dare to ask for help so that you can also recharge and refocus.
